Our particular focus is communities of approximately 150–250 homes: single-family neighborhoods, townhome communities and developments that combine residential housing types.
We handle the day-to-day work, give boards clear decisions to make and help directors stay involved without carrying every administrative task themselves. Our experience spans neighborhoods as small as eight homes and communities of more than 400.
